Boarding

We offer cage-free, personalized in-home boarding

Your dog will play all day at our Doggie Playland facility and at night will come to our homes with us where he/she will retire on our comfy dog beds together with our own dogs.

Since your dog has to get used to us so he/she is comfortable coming to our homes and is happy in the daycare environment, we require that if you are not a daycare client, you bring your dog for a minimum of 3 sessions of daycare before you go away.

Your dog must pass the temperament assessment and be fully house trained to be considered. Please note that boarding space is for daycare clients only and is very limited.

Rates

Over Night Stay

$75

per night (Daycare an additional $29/day)

10% off discount to 2nd dog from the same household. Add $20 holiday surcharge for stays over Christmas, New Years and Long Weekends.

Drop off/Pick up times: Please drop off your dog for boarding Mondays – Fridays between 7:30am – 11am. Check out is by 11am. A late fee of $20 applies to pick-up after 11am. All dogs must be picked up by closing time ( 6:30 pm). No pick- ups are possible after 6:30pm.

Preparing your dog for boarding

Food

All food must be provided in either daily individual portions (zip lock bags or containers) or you must give us clear instructions of the daily food dosage.

Medication

All medication must be provided in individual day pill boxes and you must provide us with administration instructions.

Personal items

We encourage you to bring your dog’s bed and his favourite toys and treats, however we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any of the items left with your pet during boarding.

Policies

During the holiday season minimum 2 weeks cancellation notice is required. A deposit of $100 is required to secure a holiday booking. Deposit is refundable for cancellations done 2 weeks prior. Regular boarding cancellations are possible up to 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival. No show: Clients who make boarding reservations and do not show without cancelling are subject to 1 night charge of $75. (3 nights for holidays).

Open Saturdays only for dog training, birthday parties and meet-ups.
