Pack Behaviour and It’s Influence on Learning
One thing we observe daily in daycare is how dogs behave in a pack. The interesting part about this is seeing new puppies pick up the habits of the older dogs and learn pack behaviour in a short period of time. The way dogs behave in a pack is quite different than how they behave at home on their own.
If you own more than one dog, you may notice that they usually display the same behaviour towards certain things. For example, if one barks at the front door, the other quickly learns to do the same.
The attached article provides some insight into this pack behaviour and how it can be used to train a new puppy.
